ingredients:
1 chicken --> cut in to pieces
1 large sweet green pepper chopped in to slices
1 large red green pepper chopped in to slices
1 large yellow green pepper chopped in to slices
1 cup chopped carrots
1 mushroom can
3\4 cup of sliced onion
2 table spoons butter
4 table spoons olive oil
3\4 cup of soy souse
salt
black pepper
1\2 tea spoon of garlic powder
1 tea spoon of ginger

1- add the soy souse to the chicken, mix them up , leave them aside for at least 1 hour
2-on a frying pan ad the oil + the butter +the onion on medium heat until the onion is yellow or cooked
3- take half of them aside add to the rest the sweet pepper + the mushroom +the carrot and mix for 10 minutes
4- but them aside but try to keep some of there oil, it there was no oil add 1 spoon that will be enough
5- add the onion that you kept them aside before, with the chicken and there soy souse
6- add the garlic with the ginger and pinch of salt and pepper
7- mix them very well and cover them , leave on low heat , mix from time to time until they are cooked
8- when the chicken is done add the vegetables to it and mix and cover on low heat to 7-10 minutes
9- serve with rice or rice with corn
