Corn Syrup

Hello everybody,
While I was searching on YouTube, and watching a lot of cooking channels, I saw that in most recipes they actually buy corn syrup cans ???
this was like a shock for me, because corn syrup is like the easiest thing you can do so why buy it and waste money

lets start :

ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 tea spoon of pure lemon juice

to make it just drop everything in a pan on a medium heat and let it for about 5 minutes or until you see that the sugar is starting to melt. After that just take a spoon and stir it to make sure that the sugar is dissolved and then leave it for about 7-10 minutes boiling. this will be according to thickness of your syrup if you want it light then it will be just 7 minutes ... then leave it to cool and enjoy

believe me I use this recipe in my marshmallow and It was just perfect ^_^

please write a comment about this recipe telling me your opinion and It will be a joyful for me if you sign up and share with us your experience and recipes ^_^  ..
