ingredients:
1 packet of pasta any kind you prefer
salt
black pepper
1\2 tea spoon of green basil
1\2 tea spoon of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of broccoli
1\2 cup of chopped carrot
1\2 cup of chopped marrow
1\2 cup of corn
or any other vegetables you have or prefer, you can also have some seeds like red beans
---
1- prepare the pasta by adding some boiled water and bench of salt and pepper to it and leave it on medium heat until cook
2- at the same time, on frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and oil with the garlic and stir for 1 minute on low to medium heat.
3- then add the vegetables except the corn ...
4- add a bench of salt and pepper and stir for about 2 minutes then add 1\4 cup of water stir and close the pan with the pan cover for another 3 minutes.
5- after that add the corn, stir and check if still there is enough water to cook if yes close the pan if not add another 1\4 cup of water stir and leave the pan
6- leave the pan close until they cook and stir from time to time for about 5 another minutes and add the chopped basil
7- when the vegetables are nearly cooked, open the pan so that the access water will steam
8- when the vegetables are ready, the pasta will be ready too, so add it to the pan, turn off the heat, stir and close the pan so that the pasta can take some of the flavor of the mix
9- melt the other tablespoon of the butter then add it to the pasta , stir until it covers the pasta and serve
this process will no longer take more than 12-15 minutes

you can also add some mayonnaise & thickened cream and also it will be perfect
